Façade luminaires must meet high standards due to their outdoor installation. The application requires at least protection class IP44 to protect against solid foreign bodies with a diameter of 1 mm and to be splash-proof. For luminaires that are directly exposed to the weather, protection class IP65 is required. No problem for the façade luminaires from staub designlight.

The colour of the light source determines the first impression. While a light colour in warm white creates a cosy, classic ambience, a façade in RGBW multicolour light arouses curiosity and is often used to illuminate event locations.
